Booking Policy
We understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment with me as such we ask that you notify us of a cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours prior will be charged 100% of the full service(s) booked. The fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file to secure your reservation of service.
Your appointment will not be complete until you receive a confirmation from us, either verbally over the phone, via text or email, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. We may require credit or debit card details from you to confirm your booking.
Should you wish to cancel an appointment, we will fully refund any deposit monies paid, provided that you notify us of your intention to cancel at least 24 and or 48 hours (dependent on treatments or service, see below) before your appointment time. If you miss your appointment or notify us of your intention to cancel less than 24 and or 48 hours (dependent on treatments or service, see below) before your appointment time, your deposit will not be refunded. No Show Fees are 100% of the treatment or service booked.

24 Hour Cancellation of Hair Cuts & All Other Services
– 50% of services booked

We will do our best to avoid having to cancel your booking however in unavoidable circumstances we may need to rearrange or cancel your booking. In these instances, we will liaise with you to arrange a new appointment or treatment at a convenient time and we will have no further liability to you in relation to the cancellation.
COVID 19 PRECAUTIONS -DURING THE VISIT
- As a service provider we wear masks before entering your home and during the service visit. Also, you and other household members should wear a mask.
- Consider having clean, spare masks to offer to service providers if their cloth face covering becomes wet, contaminated or otherwise soiled during the service call.
- We avoid physical greetings, for example, handshakes.
- We minimize indoor conversations. All conversations with us take place outdoors, when possible, and physically distanced indoors, if necessary.
- We try to maintain a distance of at least 6 feet when the the service is not being conducted and we try to limit interactions during the service.
- During indoor services, please take steps to maximize ventilation inside the home, such as turning on the air conditioner or opening windows in the area.
